NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING


In accordance with O.R.C. §121.22, notice is hereby given, the Board of Education of Noble Local School District will hold a special meeting at 6:00 P.M. on September 9, 2026, in the Media Center at Shenandoah High School located at 49349 Seneca Lake Rd., Sarahsville, Ohio 43779. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a board work session to review/discuss/evaluate the state of the District. No formal action will be taken.

The meeting is called by order of the Board President.

A GREAT COMPLIMENT TO OUR ZEPS!

We received a call today from Bridgeport High School regarding the way our Shenandoah community represented itself following last Friday night’s football game.

Bridgeport specifically wanted to recognize our fans, band, cheerleaders, and football team for doing such a great job cleaning up after themselves and leaving the facility in excellent condition.

This is exactly the kind of thing we want to continue to strive for. Winning games is important, but how we represent Shenandoah when we are guests says even more about who we are.

It is a great feeling when another school is so impressed with our students, athletes, families, and community that they take the time to reach out and let us know. That is a compliment worth celebrating! Thank you to our coaches, staff, and community for setting such a good example.

Thank you to everyone who helped represent the Zeps with pride, respect, and class. Let’s keep it going!

The game was originally scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM and will now start at 6:30 PM.

📣 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL COACHES & TEAMS

Coaches, please check your email today, as I have sent you a message with some important information. Please do not send this information out to everyone. Instead, simply talk with your teams about it and make sure they understand what is expected.

I also want to remind everyone that things have been a little crazy lately, but thankfully, things are starting to cool down. During this time, it is especially important that we continue to look out for one another and be respectful.

If you are using an area for practices, meetings, or team activities, please respect the property and the people who own or maintain it. Do not take anything that does not belong to you. If you need to use something for any reason, please make sure it is returned to its proper place when you are finished.

We all work extremely hard to provide our student-athletes with opportunities to be successful and to be their best. That takes a lot of people working together, and part of being a great team and a great program is respecting other people, their property, and the facilities we are fortunate enough to use.

Thank you to all of our coaches for everything you do for our students and our programs. Let's continue to work together, communicate with one another, and represent Shenandoah Athletics the right way.

Noble Local School District is now a Project ADAM Ohio Heart Safe School District! We have received designation at all locations including Shenandoah High School, Shenandoah Elementary School, and Green Acres Farm Complex!
Project ADAM (Automated Defibrillators in Adam's Memory) aims to prevent sudden cardiac death in children and adolescents through education and implementation of life-saving programs.

Project ADAM began in 1999 after a series of sudden deaths among high school athletes in southeastern Wisconsin, including 17-year-old Adam Lemel. Many of these deaths appeared to be due to ventricular fibrillation, a condition in which the ventricles cannot pump blood into the body. Adam’s parents, Patty and Joe Lemel, collaborated with the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin to create this program in Adam’s memory.

Project ADAM helps schools nationwide implement programs to make automated external defibrillators (AEDs) readily available by preparing schools for a cardiac emergency through emergency response plans, staff CPR and AED training, student CPR education, and sudden cardiac arrest awareness education.
