Location: Saranac High School
150 Pleasant St
Saranac, MI 48881
Vendor Information:
Crafts/Vendors will be juried this year, as there are new organizers. Returning vendors
will be given priority to be selected, however, we highly encourage new
crafters/vendors. Spaces are anticipated to be 8x10 or similar sized.
Application/Table Fees:
There is no fee to apply. Table fee is $35 and includes 1 lunch per vendor. 2 spots will
be $60.
If/Once accepted, an email will be sent to let you know you& #39;ve been accepted. Invoices
will be sent out for a secure online payment, or checks can be made payable to Boston
Saranac Historical Society and mailed (more information will be in the acceptance
email). Booth Fees are due to be paid by September 30. Failure to pay will result in
booth being forfeited and given to the next person in line.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own tables, chairs, and electric cords.
Tables will not be provided. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own sales
tax.
2. Exhibitors will not be allowed to damage school property in any way, do not slide
totes/tables/equipment across the floor.
3. If in the gym, exhibitors will be setting up on top of tarp, so please keep that in
mind.

4. Spaces are juried this year and number of crafts per category will be limited.
Payments will be made via invoices, or checks (made payable to the Boston
Saranac Historical Society) can be sent to:
Cindie Schaefer
57 Parsonage St
Saranac, MI 48881
5. There will be two different set up times on the application, please indicate which
set up time you would like to do to make set up/tear down easier.
6. One lunch will be included in the price of the booth, excluding double booths.
Extra meals can be purchased from the food truck(s) set up at the school.
7. Since this is a juried event, exhibitors will only be allowed to sell what they have
listed on the application. If you put baby clothes on the application, you cannot
sell candles, etc. If you are found selling something not listed on the application
you will be asked to remove it.

If you are accepted, you may cancel your booth at any time, however you must give at
least a 30-day notice for a 100% refund of your booth fee. (Deadline: Sept 30th at
11:59pm). If you cancel your booth with less than 30 days until the event you will forfeit
100% of your booth fee.

We make a strong attempt at drawing in a large audience. This includes posting flyers
and handouts around the community, offering advertising images to vendors to spread
around, notifying community calendars, taking out advertisements on Facebook and
Instagram, and making numerous posts before the day of the event and during the
event. Although we try our hardest to bring in a large crowd, we cannot guarantee the
size of the crowd that walks through.

We cannot control "acts of god," such as pandemics (including variants of the COVID-
19 virus), HOWEVER, if an "act of god" takes place and necessitates us to cancel the
event, we WILL refund you 100% of your booth fee.
Please mail applications to Cindie Schaefer at the address listed in Rule 5. If paying by
check, that can be included with mailed application. If you are not selected, the check
will be mailed back to you. We are trying to make applications available online! This
show is being organized by Cindie Schaefer ph: 616-902-2269, and Jessica Raymond
ph: 616-427-6804. Please reach out if you have any additional questions.
