Join us for New Student Orientation on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for students and families to become familiar with our campus, meet staff, and prepare for a successful start to the school year.

During orientation, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Learn about student expectations and school procedures.
• Explore academic programs and student opportunities.
• Meet administrators, counselors, and school staff.
• Become familiar with the Booker High School campus.

Countdown to Creativity - 12 days left, a dozen days until we’re back! Finding inspiration is easy when we look into nature, especially the animals that create their lives among and around us. Excited@to bring this all into the classroom (the inspiration, not the animals!)

Countdown to Creativity - 13, often viewed as unlucky but did you know that the moon goes through about 13 full cycles around the earth every year? There’s so much more than meets the eye, a world to uncover past the assumptions. That’s what art does, pushes us to see beyond, to consider a new perspective. No better place to be inspired to do that than the land all around us, offering beauty and intrigue with every awe inducing landscape. Unlucky or not, we’ll see you soon!

Countdown to Creativity - 14 days, just two more weeks until the imagination is unleashed. Inspiration has come from all angles this summer and especially from something that we all love to do every day… eat! Food not only nourishes us but also gives way to delicious artistic expression.
