Are you yielding to flashing blue lights? Volunteer firefighters responding to an emergency in their personal vehicle will display flashing blue lights. Indiana law does not require you to yield the right of way, but would you want other motorists to yield the right of way if your house was on fire or your child was not breathing? Please do the right thing and yield the right away to volunteer firefighters. We also want to take this time to thank all volunteer firefighters for their dedicated service to their communities. We appreciate you!

We are have combed over the official records for snowfall in Indianapolis dating back to 1900!

-Theres a HIGH probability we break a record here of single day snowfall.

-Storm total snowfall record is not LIKELY to be broken but it's certainly POSSIBLE.

🚨 The combination of heavy snow and gusty winds of 20-25+ MPH Sunday PM will lead blowing and drifting snow and nearly impossible travel at times.

Many S. IN/N. KY counties have already declared state of emergencies for the storm.

Meanwhile, the combination of snow/ice/sleet will cause major challenges in Kentucky.
