🌍 Transforming Lives in Rural India – WSPREI Phase II 🌍
Khas Sankdaha, a remote village in West Bengal’s Sundarban region, still faces open defecation and unsafe water challenges. After the success of Phase I (funded by Rotary), which built 48 WASH units, we’re launching Phase II to add 30 more units—each with a toilet, septic tank, and tubewell—benefiting 300–400 villagers.
✅ Better health & reduced waterborne diseases
✅ Privacy and dignity for women & girls
✅ Improved school attendance
✅ Local jobs and community empowerment
Aligned with Swachh Bharat Mission and UN SDG 6, this project aims to make Khas Sankdaha an open-defecation-free model village.

Celebrated Sakti-da's life on 9th October in West Bengal by feeding the students and staff at the future Dr. Sakti Das Memorial School and in the bay area by feeding the homeless.

Hope Sakti-da's spirit lives on in in all the people he touched (and the people they touch).

🌟 We’re thrilled to share that Caring Hands Foundation is supporting the renovation of Kriparampur State Plan Free Primary School in West Bengal! 💛
This school, nestled in a remote village, has long struggled with poor infrastructure and limited resources. With your support, we’re helping transform it into a safe, vibrant space where children can learn, grow, and dream freely.
From new classrooms and toilets to benches and basic facilities, this project is all about restoring dignity and hope through education. A heartfelt thank you to Bansberia Women & Child Welfare Society for leading this initiative with dedication and love.
