Satsuma Public Library

Satsuma Public Library "The Town Treasure" The Library, which was established in 1994, houses more than 14,000 books.

There is a children's library, a teen room, Mary Deas Pierce Reference Room, a meeting room and a computer lab. The library continues to grow with the support from the Library Foundation, Mayor and Council, Satsuma Community Development Organization, Library Club and citizens of Satsuma. Please stop by and see for yourself what an asset the library is to your community.

🦕✨ Tomorrow is the day! Get ready for a ROAR-some afternoon at the library! ✨🦖

Join us Wednesday, June 24th from 1 PM–3 PM for our Prehistoric Glow Party! We’re bringing dinosaurs, glowing fun, and prehistoric adventures together for an exciting event the whole family will enjoy. 🌟🦴

Come explore, create, and celebrate with fun activities and crafts as we light up the library with prehistoric excitement!

📚☀️ Don’t forget — all Children’s and Adult Summer Reading Logs are due! Turn in your reading logs during the event to be entered for prizes and celebrate all the reading you’ve accomplished this summer!

Please join us as we celebrate our beloved Diane Corrales as she retires!
Diane has served as Library Assistant at Satsuma Public Library for over 8 years, warmly greeting and assisting patrons at the circulation desk and planning engaging programs, like Teen Art Classes and Crochet Club.
Next week is Diane's last on staff, and on Monday, June 29th from 10am to 12pm, we invite patrons and friends to stop by Satsuma Public Library for coffee and donuts, and to bid Diane a fond farewell.
The Satsuma Public Library Board, Library Foundation and staff all wish to express their deep appreciation for her dedication and invaluable contributions to the library over the years.
Thank you, Diane, you will be dearly missed!
