Effective immediately, KLWSA will process customer payments locally.

This change will help provide more direct, efficient service to our residents and allow us to respond more quickly to payment-related questions.

Please start mailing payments to:

Saugatuck, MI 49453

In addition, residents will begin receiving a full-page statement in place of the postcard. This will help charges be more identifiable and allow us to share more information related to your service.
