Our mission at Sault Cooperative Preschool is to administer and maintain a parent cooperative environment for children on a non-discriminatory basis without regard to national origin, religion, sex, or gender. We also thrive to further promote the social, emotional and physical development of preschool aged children, and help parents learn constructive methods of child care through observation, guidance, and practical experience under a qualified teacher.

✔️ Enrollment in the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP), the state’s largest PreK for All program, is up 24% since the initiative launched in 2023.

✔️ More than 60,000 children enrolled in free, high-quality PreK in 2024-25, saving families an estimated $475 million last year alone.

✔️ Today, 56% of Michigan’s four-year-olds are learning, growing, and building strong foundations for the future through PreK for All.

Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year is now open!
