Eastern Upper Peninsula Regional Planning and Development Commission We assist Eastern U.P. municipalities and counties with grant writing, surveys, land use, and more. The EUPRPDC is one of 14 agencies in the State of Michigan.

It was established in 1968 as a multi-county organization to pool resources for the assistance of local governments in the Eastern Upper Peninsula.
