The City of Savannah, Tennessee is the county seat of Hardin County, Tennessee and is located on the east bank of the Tennessee River in southwest Tennessee. h. Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party
i. Spam defined as repeatedly posting the same or similar comment in a way that objectively interferes with the public dialog.
