We understand that everyone has questions on the latest change in CDC guidelines, and we know that you want to follow the correct guidance to keep families, children, and staff as healthy and safe as possible. Georgia Department of Public Health is working to revise their guidance, including the DPH/DECAL child care guidance. As soon as they are able to make the necessary revisions, we will share the document with you and post it on the DECAL website. Until that time, you should follow the published CDC guidelines as outlined in the latest DPH Administrative Order (issued January 5, 2022).

Last autumn, in preparation of the celebrations of Maria Montessori’s 150th birthday some of her great-grandchildren planted the special Montessori tulip named on her grave in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. Now on the 6th May, the day Maria Montessori died, they are in full bloom.
