EVENT PLANNER COMPANY / COMMUNITY EVENTS COORDINATOR — SAVANNAH

We are looking for an experienced Savannah-area Company for event planning or event-management company to help us plan and coordinate a series of community, charitable, and promotional events throughout the year.

Events may include children’s safety and bicycle helmet giveaways, school-supply and holiday giveaways, a major car giveaway, community festivals, corporate/VIP receptions, concerts and other special events.

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply plan a party. Ideally, this person or company would have experience with:

• Community and nonprofit events
• Large public events and festivals
• Vendor and venue coordination
• Entertainment and concert coordination
• Sponsors and community partnerships
• Permits, security and event logistics
• Volunteers and event staffing
• Public relations and media coordination
• Social media and event promotion
• Photography/video coordination and post-event publicity

Today I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the love, trust, and confidence shown by a dear friend and relative by marriage.

For decades, he faithfully supported our charity(s) and believed in the missions.

Having no children or surviving spouse, he made the thoughtful decision to leave part of his estate to the charity he had helped for so many years, so that his legacy would continue by helping others.

His generosity is an extraordinary gift. Because of his kindness, we will be able to assist many people in need and continue our work to improve the safety and well-being of children.

Once everything is finalized, we look forward to announcing charitable projects and activities that will be carried out in his honor, ensuring that his compassion and generosity continue to make a difference for years to come.
