Late Saturday night our Charleston crew responded to a report of an 85 year old woman experiencing stroke-like symptoms onboard a cruise ship off of the North Carolina coast. The crew hoisted the patient and transferred her to local EMS at Wilmington International Airport. - Our Savannah aircrew medevaced a 41-year-old man who was experiencing stomach pain aboard a commercial vessel 40 miles offshore St. Augustine, Florida on Sunday.

The aircrew transported the man to EMS at Jacksonville Executive Airport in stable condition.
