Next week, Savannah High School will host its annual Docudrama (mock accident).

If you drive by and notice emergency vehicles on campus that day, don’t panic—this will be a planned demonstration, not a real emergency.

This realistic simulation is designed to help students understand the real-life consequences of dangerous driving behaviors like texting and driving or impaired driving.

Each year, local first responders partner with SHS to make this an impactful and memorable learning experience ahead of Prom.

Thank you to Savannah Fire, Savannah PD, Andrew County Sheriff’s Department, Andrew County Ambulance, and all other local first responders who help make this possible.

Most times when you call 911 things may seem at there worst. These are the professionals that are the voice in the darkness. Andrew County Ambulance District thanks these professionals and thankfully due to the approval of the voters these 911 telecommunicators will stay local!!!
