Savannah Fire Department was honored to take the field in support of the Carl Perkins Center with the Battle of the Badges tournament, benefiting children and families in need. We are always proud to support our community on and off the clock!

Savannah Fire Department was honored to take part in Career Day at HCHS yesterday, giving students a hands-on look into the life of a firefighter. Our crew enjoyed speaking with students about fire safety, emergency response, and the training it takes to serve our community. We’re proud to inspire the next generation and appreciate the opportunity to connect with future leaders right here in Savannah.

🔥 FIRE PREVENTION WEEK… CONTINUES! 🔥
📅 The official Fire Prevention Week was last week, but it fell during fall break for our local schools.
🚒 Since fire safety is too important to miss, the Savannah Fire Department is celebrating THIS WEEK instead!
👩‍🚒 We’ll be out in the community, visiting schools, talking with students, and sharing important safety tips!

“Charge into Fire Safety: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home.” 🔋
