Another group of satisfied customers! SHS beat the heat this morning - 5:15 makes for some grumpy backstrokers. 😂

This summer it was our goal to make sure our community pool offered something for everyone more than ever before:

Open swimming for the classic “Sandlot” day

Lap swimming for our seniors and lifetime swimming enthusiasts

Aerobics for our low-impact workout ladies

Summer rec swim team for busy families looking for a low stress activity that works WITH family vacations and other summer commitments

Club Swim Team for kids prepping for high school or USA Swimming competition.

High school swim team practice and clinics.

Swim lessons to help make our community water safe and prevent tragic unsupervised drownings.

6U mornings for our tiniest swimmers and their mothers to have low stress fun in the water and an opportunity to mingle with other parents going through a season of life that can sometimes feel lonely.

Daytime party packages for folks who want a special place to congregate but didn’t want to swim during off hours.

Private parties for birthdays, reunions, Baptisms, work groups, Bible Schools, sports teams, and clubs.

45 job opportunities for local teens.

We did it all this year! Come back later this week for some more interesting 2027 stats!

What a SEASON!!

After receiving an unfortunate update before closing their 2025 season, the Savannah Aquatic Center's last day of the season for 2026 comes with joy for the center's future.

We still have plenty of concessions! 1/2 off again today. This is your last day to swim. See you soon!

$1 hotdogs at the pool today! 1/2 off everything that is left in concessions!!

We still have pizzas, pretzels, nachos, pickles, sodas, and ice cream!!

Tomorrow is our last day. Come swimming!

Reminder that we are closing today at 4 o’clock so that our staff can attend the high school football jamboree.

We will be open 1 o’clock to 8 o’clock tomorrow and Sunday. Sunday is our last day for the season!

The Savannah Aquatic Center will be closing at 4pm tomorrow, August 21st, so that our staff can go enjoy the Savannah High School football jamboree and support their school that day! Thanks for your understanding and go Savages!!🏈🖤💛

Someone accidentally took one of our basketballs home yesterday evening. If your kid was at the pool after 6:00 pm or was at the 6th grade party and happens to have one that matches this, please have them return it.

If you happen to have a little basketball to replace ours, we’d love to take it off your hands!

ALSO - A party spot just opened up for tmrw night 8-10. It must be 50 or fewer swimmers. Message us if you would like it!!

Lastly - Could this be our new Pool Cat? Thank you Boo Kitty for your three years of dedicated service to the SAC.
