Happiest of Birthdays to our very own “little buddy”… Jacob is one of our frontline Firefighters here at SVFD. Starting first as a Junior Firefighter at age 14 Jacob has quickly excelled at every task thrown at him. It Doesn’t matter if it’s a Complicated medical call, cold water rescue, Vehicle extrication, fighting wildfires, Interior fire attack, search and rescue, running a pump, driving a tanker or even being deployed on his regional RIT team to help save a down firefighter he has proved he can handle it 100%. So although I’m sure he isn’t spending this birthday the way he wanted too we here at SVFD all hope for a speedy recovery and can’t wait to get you back on the frontline!!! Happy Birthday Jake!!!
