June kicks-off a very busy three month period in Downtown Sayre with a variety of events scheduled each week including the first of three Downtown Sayre Summer Splash events on June 26th. The June Summer Splash will include local food vendors, downtown restaurant specials, live music featuring performances by Jenna Buck [5:30pm & 8:30pm] & the Uptown Music Collective [6:30pm] followed by fireworks at approximately 9:15pm

Earlier today, we had the opportunity to accept this year's donation from First Citizens Community Bank representatives Jeff Carr, EVP North and Southcentral Regional President and David Dekay, FCCB Sayre Branch Manager. First Citizens Community Bank has been a dedicated supporter of the Borough's Events Program since 1999 and the presenting sponsor of the Christmas Parade for more than 15 years.

The concerts in each community are presented free of charge thanks to the support of local businesses, organizations, families and civic groups.
