Did you know that through North West Housing Partnership, qualifying homeowners can access funding provided by the village of Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg to cover home repairs and construction rehabilitation up to $25,000.00? Yes. It's true.

If your home is in need of updates, safety repairs, or major maintenance, this program is designed to help keep your home safe, efficient, and comfortable—without the financial burden resting entirely on your shoulders.

Eligible Repairs: Roof replacements, HVAC upgrades, accessibility modifications, plumbing/electrical fixes, and structural repairs.
