Today, we honor the Army Soldiers who have served and sacrificed in the years since 9/11.

In response to the attacks, over 775,000 Army Soldiers have been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, with more than 4,500 lives lost in the line of duty. Their unwavering commitment to protecting our nation will forever be remembered.

As we reflect on the events of September 11, 2001, we stand united in gratitude for their bravery and sacrifice.
