Mother Nature may have won Wednesday and Thursday, but she’s finally on our side tonight.

The sun is out, the rides are running, the food is hot, and Schererville Fest is ready to make up for lost time. Gates open at 5 PM, so grab the family and come see what all the fun is about!

Schererville Fest begins tomorrow, and all festival rules will be strictly enforced. If you choose to attend, you are expected to follow these rules. Disorderly behavior, fighting, underage drinking, prohibited items, or any other violations will not be tolerated.

Those who fail to comply can expect immediate enforcement action, including removal from the festival, citations, arrest, or other applicable consequences.

Our goal is a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. If you're planning to attend, come ready to have fun and follow the rules.

🚨 SCHERERVILLE FEST 2026 – RULES & REGULATIONS 🚨
To ensure Schererville Fest remains a safe, family-friendly event for everyone, the following rules will be strictly enforced throughout the festival. Individuals who violate these rules may be denied entry, removed from the event, or subject to arrest when applicable.

Please review the following before attending:

🎟 Admission & Entry
• Non-residents: $10 at the gate / $5 in advance
• Card payment only – NO CASH accepted
• Wristbands are required inside the park, no exceptions
• NO ADMISSION after 9:00 PM for anyone under 21 years of age
• Ride Share/Pick-Up & Drop-Off location: 25 E. Joliet Street (Police Department Lot)

🎒 Security & Bag Checks
• Mandatory bag checks for all attendees entering the festival grounds
• Refusal to submit to a bag check will result in denial of entry.
• No large bags or oversized backpacks permitted
• All bags and items brought into the festival are subject to police discretion

👤 Youth Supervision Policy
• Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times
• No false chaperones – violators will be immediately removed from the event
• After 9:00 PM, entry is restricted to those 21 years of age and older

🚫 Prohibited Items & Conduct
• No masks, face coverings (except for legitimate medical reasons), or hoods
• No disruptive, disorderly, or unlawful behavior
• Harassment, discrimination, fighting, or threatening conduct will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the event
• Attendees must follow all directions from festival staff, police officers, and emergency personnel

🚬 Smoking & Va**ng
• Smoking and va**ng are only permitted in designated areas
• Indiana law prohibits to***co and v**e sales to individuals under 21

🍺 Alcohol
• Alcohol consumption is restricted to designated areas only
• All state and local alcohol laws will be strictly enforced

🐾 Additional Festival Rules
• No pets permitted inside the festival grounds (service animals exempt as defined by the ADA)
• Help keep the park clean by using designated trash receptacles
• Respect nearby residents by keeping noise levels reasonable
• Follow all posted Parks & Recreation Department rules and regulations

⚠️ ENFORCEMENT NOTICE

These rules are in place to protect the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. Anyone who refuses to comply with festival rules, security procedures, or lawful instructions from event staff or police officers will be escorted from the premises and may be prohibited from returning. If you are told to leave the fest for any reason, and return, you will be arrested for Criminal Trespassing.

Officers will be actively patrolling the festival grounds, and violations will be dealt with immediately. Those who choose not to follow the rules will be removed from the event and may face criminal charges.

If you’re coming to cause problems, expect consequences.
