Our Digital Art students kicked off their animation unit by creating stop motion animations using StickBots! Students explored movement and timing, one frame at a time, while learning the fundamentals of animation. These 8-second animations took about 50 photos to create.

Drawing 2 students explored 3-point perspective and foreshortening to create dramatic depth and dynamic compositions. Using alcohol markers and liner pens, students focused on strong value contrast, clean linework, and exaggerated perspective to make forms appear to move through space.
