🐴🐄📋 Horse, Livestock, and Static Pre-Entry Sheets are due to the Colfax County Extension Office by 4:30 p.m. this Friday, June 12th!

These sheets should include a list of everything you plan to exhibit at the Colfax County Fair.

🧸We are so proud of our Colfax County 4-H Building Better Babysitters summer workshop participants! 🍀

These youth gained valuable skills to become responsible, safe, and fun babysitters while learning how to care for children with confidence.

💚A special thank you to Erin Kampbell with Nebraska Extension for leading this engaging and educational workshop and sharing these important life skills.

💚We are also grateful to Staci Shonka and Kim Loseke for serving on our parent panel and providing helpful insights and real-world experiences.

💚Thank you to the Colfax County Sheriff's Office for discussing safety and helping our participants learn how to handle a variety of situations responsibly.

🌱✨ Our Colfax County 4-H members are growing more than gardens—they’re growing bright futures! ✨🌱

We had an incredible day digging into the world of gardening as youth explored planting techniques, learned about different types of plants, and put their creativity to work designing beautiful container gardens for the Colfax County Fair.

A special thank you to Country Lane Gardens for hosting this hands-on learning experience and for offering workshop participants a discounted cost on plants. We are also grateful to Erin Trotter for sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm while leading such a fun and educational day.

We can't wait to see these amazing container gardens showcased at the fair this summer! 🌼🌿🪴

🚑❤️ We are incredibly proud of our amazing 4-H members who participated in the Babysitting CPR Workshop!

We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and dedication shown by each participant as they learned valuable first aid and CPR skills that could one day help save a life. Youth were highly engaged in discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities throughout the workshop.
