Do you ever dream so hard about something that it almost seems impossible?
After decades working in emergency medicine, caring for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, we took a leap of faith and followed a dream.
Today, reading comments like this leaves us humbled, grateful, and honestly a little emotional.
We are so incredibly thankful for every customer who has walked through our doors, every order placed, every catering event entrusted to us, every social media share, every recommendation, every encouraging word, and every person who has believed in us along the way.
We are thankful for our family and friends who supported us when this was just an idea. Thankful for our community that continues to show up for small businesses. Thankful for the Village of Scotia and everyone who believes in the revival happening on The Ave.
We are especially thankful for the incredible local businesses that have embraced collaboration over competition. (NibblexNosh Charlie Palmer - State Farm) From sharing ideas and supporting one another to partnering on events and helping each other succeed, you have shown us what a true small-business community looks like. Together, we are stronger, and together we are helping breathe new life into our village.
We often talk about “The Revival on The Ave,” but the truth is that it isn’t about any one business. It’s about neighbors supporting neighbors, (Perk & PaniniMohawk Taproom & Grill) businesses supporting businesses, and a community choosing to invest in itself. Every time you shop local, attend an event, order from a small business, or tell a friend about a local shop, you are helping build something special.
After spending decades serving people in the emergency room, it means the world to us that we can continue serving our community in a different way—through food, hospitality, and bringing people together around a table.
We don’t take a single customer, order, opportunity, partnership, or kind word for granted.
