Business Women Networking Involving Charity and Education We see value in the balance of business networking and charitable outreach.

BW NICE, Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education, is a unique women’s networking organization that provides women at all stages of business and personal life with support, education, and resources. You don’t have to be a member to participate and we welcome all women! BW NICE encompasses three elements:

Networking – build a network of professional women providing an atmosphere tha

t is supportive, educational, and dynamic so women will make meaningful connections, learn tips and techniques for new ways to succeed, foster an empowering environment, and leave each event motivated. Education – provide women with the necessary tools and training to enhance and build core competencies and skills. Foster a creative and motivating environment to help all women strive for and achieve their goals. Charity – raise funds and awareness supporting local organizations in the fight against domestic violence. Proceeds from our flagship charity event, The Red Shoe™ , will support the immediate needs of women and children in local safe and transition housing and help them gain dignity for a new and better life. Our philosophy is welcoming and non-competitive. We do not have attendance or participation requirements, there are no forced referrals, and we do not have a policy against membership with other networking organizations. Instead, we encourage members to enhance their networking abilities, foster meaningful partnerships with others, and help one another grow and prosper. We are a group of women who want to do more than merely exchange business cards. We were founded out of someone’s personal story and we want to be an integral part of others’ stories, too.

We had the pleasure of hosting Randi Goldberg on this week's episode!

Randi Goldberg is a senior Resource Specialist with Archer Law offices. She comes to us from the BW NICE Mercer chapter. She shared a lot with us about how to navigate the healthcare field for seniors.

Randi made us see that there's a lot more to it than we realized.

Part hand-holder, part social worker, and always client advocate, Randi understands the unique needs of seniors and the sometimes tricky family dynamics involved.

We had the pleasure of hosting Jennifer Gardella on this week's episode!

Jennifer is a Social Media Consultant and Author. She helps small businesses with their marketing and social media presence and has a new service, Your Social Media Hour. She is the owner of The Gardella Group.

She was also the victim of domestic abuse and she didn't even know it!

Jennifer has written a book called "Listen for the Whispers of Abuse," in the hopes that victims and their loved ones can learn about how to deal with abuse that may not be obvious at first.
