Scott Top III Association Scott Top III is a private organization, is not a part of the DoD, and has no governmental status. The SAFB Top III is considered a professional organization.

This is the official page for Scott Air Force Base Top III Association and is managed by Scott Top 3 Executive Council Members. It is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and it has no governmental status. Open to all Scott AFB Top 3 (E7-E9) and E-7 Selects from all branches of the Armed Forces. The purpose of the Scott Top III Association is to:
- Establish an

d maintain a spirit of camaraderie and esprit de corps
- Enhance the prestige and responsibility of all SNCOs
- Encourage an attitude of unified purpose
- Set an example for all according to the professional standards, traditions, and customs of the Armed Forces

Membership:
Dues are $25 a year. Annual payment is collected during the month you joined.

🚨 Update🚨

Updated guidance to DAFI 36-2903, Dress and Personal Appearance of Department of the Air Force Personnel is coming soon. This update is based on feedback from our NCOs & the Standards and Readiness Reviews across the force.

🔹 What’s New for Airmen:
• All officers must maintain at least one complete OCP uniform
• Eyelash extensions are no longer authorized (unless medically required)
• Combat boots must be 8–12 inches tall
• Guidance on folding/cuffing OCP sleeves clarified

📅 Deadlines to Know:
• Uniform & boot height compliance: within 90 days
• Eyelash extension compliance: within 30 days

These changes apply only to Airmen—the U.S. Space Force will publish its own guidance soon.

Top 3 Leaders,

Please join us on 18 July at Cardinal Creek Golf Course for the SNCO Induction Ceremony Golf Scramble. Cost is $90 per person/$360 per team and include all fees, cart rental, and lunch. Plus, we have plenty of prizes for Top 3 team, closest to the pin, and longest drive. Registration can be done online or manually by contacting SMSgt Andrew Winders. The scramble is open to anyone who can obtain base access. Please disseminate to your formations.
