Last week, we had the privilege of recognizing and bidding farewell to three outstanding Airmen whose dedication, professionalism, and service have made a lasting impact on our team.

Join us in congratulating CMSgt Ryan Leatherman, MSgt Jeremy Martin, and TSgt-select Nick Mihalich as they begin their next chapters.

CMSgt Leatherman's exceptional leadership and mentorship have been instrumental to our band. We wish him continued success as he transitions to Travis Air Force Base.

After more than 26 years of honorable service to the United States Air Force, MSgt Martin is retiring. We truly thank him for his unwavering commitment and wish him and his family all the best as they begin this exciting new chapter of civilian life.

SrA Mihalich has been selected for assignment to The United States Air Force Band and has also earned a promotion to Technical Sergeant.

Thank you, CMSgt Leatherman, MSgt Martin, and TSgt-select Mihalich, for your service and for the positive impact you've had on our organization. You will be greatly missed, and we wish each of you continued success in your future endeavors. Your gaining organizations are fortunate to have you on their teams.

Roots in Blue at The Temple Theatre, celebrating the United States' 250th anniversary.

What a fun and wonderful experience at Saginaw, Michigan during our Freedom 250 tour!

The historic Temple Theatre will be celebrate its 100 years anniversary next year. We hope to stay connected with such a supportive community.

Greetings from South America! Starlifter is in Brazil this week celebrating Freedom250 with U.S. consulates and key stakeholders in the region. Highlights of the past few days include anchoring the U.S. Consulate General’s Fourth of July party in Recife and representing the USAF in Natal at the release of a ground-breaking book on U.S.-Brazil relations during WWII.

We want to take a moment to celebrate TSgt Mike Dee's 8 years of service with the Band of Mid-America, and wish him well as he heads to the SHAPE International Band. As the head of our social media team, TSgt Dee has been an exceptional leader and mentor to countless Airmen, and he will be sorely missed.
