I got a couple calls today...so before it takes flight....The Weis property was sold from 1 Gilchrist LLc to another Gilchrist. Weis is a tenant, they never owned the building, so I wouldn't expect any change there. Dollar Tree is moving into the old Rite Aid and picked up thier permits today to start working

Here are a few thousand pages of Maps, Enviornmental studies, Army Corp Reviews, Dep Reviews, Stormwater plans, Post Construction Stormwater Plans, Traffic Studies, Historical Reviews Pendot Reviews County Reviews etc etc etc. I thought by now more than 2 residents would have at least asked to see some of the documentation. Since it has only been 2 residents......anyone else other than the supervisors or staff of the Township are just posting whatever pops into thier head apparently. I thought at least some people may be interested in some factual information. It is not easy reading but have at it.

Public Hearing tonight at 7 pm on the Zoning Amendment to restrict Data Centers and Solar Farms in Scott Twp. This is your opportunity to speak for or against the amendment to the Zoning ordinance regulating and restricting Data Centers and solar farms in Scott Township. Right now, they are not addressed in our ordinance and can go anywhere. This amendment will put an end to that possibility.

A special meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 7th at 7 pm. Each applicant will be given an opportunity to speak and address the Supervisors and the public as to why they should be selected. Supervisors Giannetta and Brenzel will then discuss the applicants and decide who will be appointed by a motion and vote.

The Supervisors are accepting letters of interest to fill the vacancy on the Board of Supervisors. Letters may be delivered to the office or emailed to [email protected] and must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
