I started my career with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office in 1999, and with your trust, support, and prayers, I hope to end my career serving as your Sheriff.

As a military veteran, I understand the responsibility and sacred trust that comes with holding the office of Sheriff. It is not a position of power, it is a position of service to the people.

I am the only candidate in this race with a proven record of leadership and service, endorsed by Sheriff Dennis Miller and the Fraternal Order of Police. Hundreds of years of combined law enforcement experience have spoken through those endorsements, recognizing my resume, proven leadership, and, most importantly, my servant's heart.

The citizens of Jackson County have already spoken loudly through their support on May 19. With 48.8% of the vote, we came just shy of winning outright. However, because no candidate received the required majority of 50% plus one vote, we must return to the polls on June 16.

I humbly ask each and every one of you to show up again, bring your family and friends, and make your voice heard. Your vote matters, and this fight is not over.

Together, we can finish what we started and as your Sheriff, I will continue to serve the people with integrity, professionalism, accountability, and respect for every citizen.

Thank you for your trust, your support, and your prayers.

I am not asking for your vote because I feel I deserve it or am entitled to it. I am asking for your vote because I believe in servant leadership.

I believe this office belongs to you, the people of Jackson County. I believe the Sheriff's Office should serve the citizens, and that we must make the changes needed to better serve our community, not simply continue with business as usual.

Leadership is not about power or position; it is about service, accountability, and earning the trust of the people every day.

I humbly ask for your trust, your support, and your vote on June 16 as we work together to build a Sheriff's Office that puts the citizens of Jackson County first.

I want to take a moment to thank the Clarion Newspaper for taking the time to interview the candidates and help inform the citizens of Jackson County about this important election. I also want to stress how important it is for every supporter to show up and vote on June 16. While we had an overwhelming victory in the primary, earning more than 48% of the vote, our work is not finished.

We came incredibly close to winning this race outright, but now we must stay focused and finish what we started. Every vote matters, and your support, your prayers, and your commitment to this campaign have brought us this far.

If you are unable to be at the polls on June 16, absentee voting has already begun. Visit Circuit Clerk Bart Buchanan's office, located on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse and request an absentee ballot if you qualify to vote absentee.

On June 16, let's make our voices heard once again and move Jackson County forward together.

Thank you for your continued support.
