Day 2 in Queen Creek and we got A LOT done. 👏

Post construction cleaning is so much more than wiping down a few counters and calling it clean. We’re getting this home ready for move in, top to bottom.

So far we’ve tackled the walls, fans, chandeliers, master bedroom + bathroom, 3 guest bedrooms, 3 guest bathrooms, interior windows + tracks, butler pantry and both laundry rooms.

Everything gets thoroughly vacuumed first, then cleaned and disinfected to get rid of all that construction dust and grime hiding literally everywhere.

Tomorrow is our final day: floors, garage and exterior windows. Then she’s DONE. 🙌

47 seconds of video. Five full days of work. 🤯

This 6,000+ sq. ft. custom home went from an active construction site to completely move-in ready.

From the soaring beams and 300+ panes of glass to every cabinet, closet, fixture, baseboard, shower, and inch of flooring—our team detailed this entire property from top to bottom.

Long days. Endless construction dust. Details in every direction. But watching the entire home come together for that final reveal made every second worth it.

The trades brought the vision to life. We handled the final detail before the keys were handed over. 🔑✨

Day 3 of this massive post construction clean 🧼

Today we knocked out every wall, beam and baseboard throughout the entire house. Then we moved into the east wing and cleaned the cabinets, counters, light fixtures, fireplace, bathrooms, showers and closets.

After that, we swept, vacuumed and spot checked the floors. The east wing is getting close, but we still need to buff the master bathroom tile and finish cleaning and mopping the floors.

We got a ton done today, but this house is still keeping us humble 😂 Day 4 coming next.

Day 2 of this massive post-construction clean 👀

Today was all about the glass—floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized glass doors, frames, tracks, and everything in between. With this much glass, getting it clean completely changes the entire house.

The difference is already insane, but we’re not done yet. Day 3 coming soon 🧼🏠
