Arizona Law Enforcement Outreach & Support is the first of its' kind "Collaboration and Fundraising Hub" for AZ Law Enforcement and Community members, Civic Groups, Businesses and Education. Arizona LEOS provides a framework for all of these diverse groups to come together to create and implement true pro-active Community Policing programs that will bring the Law Enforcement Community and the Community at-large that they serve closer together.

One officer and the suspect were both hospitalized.

A retired Maricopa County sheriff’s deputy was shot and killed by his son before officers shot and killed the son over the weekend in Surprise, police said.

Sheriff Jerry Sheridan says, “The passing of Retired Deputy Sheriff Ruben Garcia, who was killed on June 13, 2026, is a tragedy that his life ended like this. Deputy Garcia bravely survived being shot in the line of duty and continued to serve with dedication until his retirement.”

This heartbreaking loss deeply affects all who knew him, and Sheriff Sheridan extends his heartfelt condolences to Deputy Garcia’s family during this difficult time.

Deputy Garcia honorably served with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office from September 1984 until his retirement in May 2015, leaving behind a legacy of courage, resilience, and commitment to public service.

Three Philadelphia police officers (1 Sgt, 2 officers) were shot in a heinous attack over the weekend, please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.

Thankfully all of them are expected to recover, and the Sgt involved is an absolute badass who after being shot applied a tourniquet to himself and then applied one to another officer who was shot.

And oh yeah these heroes stayed in the fight after being shot, returned fire, and neutralized the dirtbag…permanently!

Absolute heroes!
