Join Brigitte Yancy for a calming, mindfulness-based morning designed to help you ease stress and anxiety. We’ll explore simple relaxation techniques and tools to feel more at ease, less overwhelmed and create positive habits that support a more peaceful daily life. Mindfulness is a time tested, powerful practice embraced for thousands of years by people across cultures and backgrounds. It helps us remain calm in the midst of life’s challenges, transform anger into compassion, and cultivate lasting habits for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

🐶🦴Happy National Dog Day! Today we’re celebrating the loyal companions who bring so much joy, comfort, and unconditional love into our lives.

Our amazing Scottsdale Senior Services staff wanted to join in the fun by sharing photos of their four‑legged friends. These pups are part of our extended family, and we’re excited to spotlight them today!

🚗AARP Driver Safety teaches safe driving techniques that make a difference in your life and community.

Join the millions of safe drivers on the road with AARP Smart Drivers Course. Our enhanced course is based on the latest driver safety research and insights. You will learn evidence-based safe driving strategies and refresh your knowledge of the lasted rules and hazards of the road. After course completion you may even be eligible for a multiyear car insurance discount.

When: Tuesday, Sept. 8, 12:30-4:30 p.m.

🎥 Scottsdale seniors are officially on the air!

This morning, ABC15 Arizona featured our very first “SeniorCasters” at Granite Reef Senior Center, where Scottsdale seniors stepped in front of the camera to deliver their own weather forecasts with ABC15 meteorologist Jorge Torres.

From sharing their Arizona weather memories to taking their turn in front of the camera, our seniors proved that talent, curiosity and a little on-camera confidence have no age limit. 🌵☀️

We’re so proud of everyone who participated and grateful to ABC15 for helping bring this fun experience to life.
