Concerned Citizens for Community Health

Concerned Citizens for Community Health Concerned Citizens was founded in 1975 by Scottsdale resident Frances Young. She embraced all people and was an advocate for their quality of life.

Concerned Citizens for Community Health is a volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission is to develop services for unmet needs for the residents of Scottsdale. Frances and a small group of like-minded citizens worked tirelessly to create a safer, healthier, and more productive community. Forty years later, Concerned Citizens continues the work they started by working in partnership with the

City of Scottsdale Human Services to provide basic needs assistance to Scottsdale families. Programs facilitated by CCCH/COS include:
