What’s being proposed for land use and zoning in the Community?

SRPMIC Planning Services is proposing updates to the General Plan Map, along with a replacement of the current Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. These changes are intended to support future Community projects, provide more design flexibility, clarify procedures, and address development trends.
