MentorKids USA is hiring!

As our work continues to grow across the Phoenix area, we’re looking for people who want to use their skills, experience, and relationships to make a meaningful investment in young people and their communities.

We currently have openings for:

🤝 Strategic Partnerships Coordinator | Full-Time
Join our Development Team and help build and steward relationships with businesses, churches, corporate partners, and community leaders who want to come alongside the work of MentorKids.

📚 Lead Teachers | Part-Time | Tempe Promise Neighborhood
Work directly with K–7th grade students through our after-school and summer programs, leading academic support, Bible lessons, social skills activities, and leadership development.

These roles serve MentorKids in very different ways, but both contribute to the same long-term mission: equipping and empowering youth to become transformative leaders in their lives, families, and communities.

Reading and learning to read is such an amazing thing! Setting our students up for success is a job that’s never done. By reading for just 15–30 minutes a day, our students can continue making progress in their academic growth.

This free, family-friendly evening is designed to make connection easy. Come enjoy casual bites, drinks, Team Trivia, card games and time with MentorKids staff, Board members, Promise Neighborhood leaders, volunteers, and friends from across our community.

You’ll also hear a few real stories from our neighborhoods and learn more about how MentorKids walks alongside young people through consistent relationships, leadership development, academic support, and faith.

Wow what a Impact! Our local partner Julio, Owner of El Jefe Tacos, decided he wanted to serve our kids here in Tempe! You can see how suprised and excited our students were. What a great way to honor our Perfect Attendace kiddos. A trip in a limo to Chick-Fil-A!! 😎
