Heads up SPECTRUM CUSTOMERS... on the bill they have a 8.95 "one time charges"... this is actually a late fee!!!! I sent out a check to them 2 weeks before it was due. They didn't put it thru their system until the 6th. I was told by an employee that they are at least 2 or 3 weeks behind on putting the payments into the system!! SOOOO I'm getting charged a late fee because they are behind.... and yes I know I can pay online... that's not the point!! So check your bills! Thats why it's not called a late fee on the bill. They know there doing something wrong and the were getting a way with it.
