🏆 Good Luck to Our COLTS Roadeo Competitors! 🚌

This weekend, four outstanding COLTS operators will represent us at the 2026 Pennsylvania Public Transportation Association (PPTA) Bus Roadeo in Williamsport!

🚌 Fixed Route
• Sharod Duncan
• Jon Hamilton

🚐 Shared Ride
• Dan Kopinski
• Sean Tompkins

The Bus Roadeo is more than just a competition—it's an opportunity for operators from transit agencies across Pennsylvania to showcase the skills they use every day. Participants are tested on precision driving, safety, customer service, vehicle inspections, and their knowledge of transit operations. It's a chance to demonstrate professionalism, learn from fellow operators, and celebrate the dedication required to safely transport thousands of passengers each day.

At COLTS, we know the commitment, training, and pride our operators bring to the job every day, and we're honored to have these four individuals represent our team.

Please join us in wishing Sharod, Jon, Dan, and Sean the very best of luck as they compete. We're proud of you and know you'll represent COLTS with excellence!

💙💚 Good luck, team—and bring home that trophy! 🏆

🚏 Bus Stop Update!

Good news! The bus stop in front of the Radisson Hotel has been relocated back to its original location.

With construction on this section of the roadway now complete, passengers may once again safely board and exit COLTS buses at the original stop.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while improvements were being made. We appreciate your flexibility as we worked to keep everyone moving safely throughout the construction process.

We look forward to serving you at the restored stop!

🚧 A Shoutout to a Great Community Partner! 🚍

At COLTS, keeping our riders informed and on schedule takes teamwork—not just within our organization, but throughout the communities we serve.

We'd like to recognize Pioneer Construction for their outstanding communication during a recent road closure on Boulevard Avenue. Before the road was fully closed, their crew reached out to our Operations team to make sure we were aware of the project and to coordinate bus access as long as it was safe to do so.

Because of their proactive communication, we were able to notify our drivers in advance, prepare for the detour, and minimize disruptions for our passengers.

It's a simple gesture, but one that had a big impact on the people who rely on public transit every day.

Thank you to the Pioneer Construction team for your professionalism and for working with us to help keep our community moving. We truly appreciate partners who understand that communication makes all the difference.
