Zoning Regulations Update-Public Information Session 6/17/26

Sea Cliff is updating its zoning code based on recommendations from the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan. JOIN US TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE ZONING UPDATE PROGRESS!

Due to the inclement weather, the Sea Cliff Memorial Day Parade has been canceled. But a short program will still be held Monday @ 11:00 AM, downstairs in Village Hall. All are welcome to attend. 300 Sea Cliff Avenue. Elevator Available. Enter on the Summit Avenue side of building. Thank you!

On Thursday, April 30, National Grid will be performing work as part of its ongoing gas infrastructure upgrade project.

📍 Location: Adams Street
🔒 Closure Area: Between Main Avenue and Glen Avenue
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🚫 Important:

Adams Street will be fully closed to all through traffic during these hours.
No vehicle access will be permitted through the work zone.

📬 National Grid has distributed paper notices to all affected properties along the route.
