After almost two years serving our community, we have made the difficult decision to close American Fire Protection.
This decision did not come easily. Unfortunately, the nationwide shortage of qualified fire protection design engineers has made it increasingly difficult for us to properly scale into new construction, and continue operating while maintaining the level of quality and service our customers deserve.
We want to sincerely thank all of our customers, partners, and friends who trusted us with their projects over the years. It has truly been an honor to work with you and play a part in helping protect your businesses, buildings, and communities. Your support and relationships have meant the world to us.
As we move into the next chapter, we’re grateful that new opportunities are ahead. Matt will be returning to Johnson Controls, where he’ll continue working in the fire protection industry and will be able to assist many of the same customers there. Nicole has also returned to her accounting roots and is now working as a Financial Controller and Human Resources Manager for a local commercial construction company.
We are incredibly proud of what we built and deeply appreciative of everyone who supported us along the way.
Thank you again for your trust, your business, and the many relationships we’ve built throughout this time.
With sincere gratitude,
Matthew & Nicole McCarville
