Operation Backpack

Woohoo!!!! The 2026-2027 school year is about to begin. The kiddos are all excited! For many parents this is the time of year where purchasing school clothes and supplies can be a financial drain as the cost continues to rise.

Each year we compile a list of our active moms who have school age children. Jennifer Heitshusen and Stacy Wills of LifeBridge Community Church led “Operation Backpack” where a church member chose a child and purchased a backpack and filled it with needed school supplies. We were able to fill and give out 36 backpacks.

Thank you LifeBridge Church, Union Chappel, and others in our generous community for making a difference.
