Sparrow's Promise has been chosen as the nonprofit beneficiary for the grand opening of Jersey Mike's here in Searcy! From June 24-26th, you can grab a free sub using a special card and make a $3 donation that goes directly toward supporting foster families, our Safe Haven, and family-centered services right here in our community.

Pick up your card at The Sharing Shoppe or at Sparrow's Promise now through June 23—or until they run out! It’s a simple (and delicious!) way to show up for children and families in Arkansas. Grab a card, bring a friend, invite your church group, and let’s make this week count!

The lovely Sparrow’s Promise board members will also be hand‑delivering cards throughout the community!

Sparrow's Promise has been chosen as the nonprofit beneficiary for the grand opening of Jersey Mike's here in Searcy! From June 24th to 25th, you can grab a free sub using a special card and make a $3 donation that goes directly toward supporting foster families, our Safe Haven, and family-centered services right here in our community.

Cards will begin distribution around June 17, so keep an eye out! It's a simple, delicious way to show up for children and families in Arkansas. Grab a card, bring a friend, invite your church group, and let's make this week count.

With grateful hearts, we're entering a season of transition.

At the end of June, we'll be saying a bittersweet goodbye to Beth as she moves into a new chapter. Beth has poured so much care into the families and children we serve, from supporting resource families through the daily realities of foster care, to helping create warm, connected spaces for families working toward reunification. Her heart for this mission has been felt in every corner of what we do.

We are so thankful for her and the seeds of hope she has planted here. If you'd like to join us in thanking Beth, drop a kind word in the comments. In honor of Memorial Day, we invite you to join us in taking time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our country and preserve our freedom.

Please note that our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th, and will respond to any messages received during the closure as promptly as possible.

In the past month, we’ve opened 3 new foster homes — and we are overjoyed! This was made possible by resource parents who lead with patience, empathy, and a willingness to step outside their comfort zones to learn and grow.

We are so grateful for these new families and for all our resource parents who intentionally, compassionately, and faithfully care for children in foster care. Your dedication changes lives. 💙🏡
