Children's Hope India

Children's Hope India Food, shelter, healthcare, and education can mean all the difference between life and death. The impact of CH-funded programs is closely monitored.

Children's Hope India is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, founded in 1992 with the motto 'Every Child Counts'. 90% of money raised goes directly to our cradle-to-career programs that serve 250,000+ children/year, helping them progress from poverty to prosperity. Far too many children in developing nations and inner cities do not have that bowl of warm food, that textbook, or that medication that we take f

or granted. Children’s Hope India is a small attempt to level the playing field for these children. All of CHI’s projects are developed in conjunction with reputed nongovernmental organizations in India. Children’s Hope India takes a hands-on approach; the organization does not simply move the money and move on. We also believe every one can make a difference—in India a few dollars goes a long way and can make a long-lasting impact on a child’s life. Unlike many other organizations, Children’s Hope is a mostly volunteer-based organization—with no salaries, expense accounts or other fixed or overhead costs. Nearly all the funds we raise go directly toward the programs. Children’s Hope India raises funds through corporate sponsorships, individual donations, fundraising galas, and cultural events. All board members of the organization are volunteers who travel to India at their own expense to personally research and monitor the projects funded. Donors can be assured that every dollar they donate does indeed reach its destination. We hope you'll join our community.
