🏈 FLAG FOOTBALL IS COMING! 🏈
Get your little athlete ready to run, pass, catch, and play as part of a team! Our Flag Football program for Grades K–2 is a fun, non-contact introduction to the game where kids can build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop fundamental football skills, all while staying active and having a great time. 🙌

No tackling: players stop the ball carrier by pulling a flag, making this a fun and safe way for young players to experience the game!

📅 Games begin: Weekend of September 12
🏁 Last game: October 24

Our wonderful Workout Warrior Play Time at El Trio Loco brought together 20 patrons for an afternoon of great food, refreshing beverages, laughter, and community connection!

Guests enjoyed delicious meals, shared plenty of fun stories, and several lucky participants took home raffle prizes. We also had the opportunity to thank El Trio Loco owner, Flor, with a special Workout Warrior Club T-shirt in appreciation of her hospitality and support.

Falls don’t have to be a normal part of aging. Join us on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, for a free educational presentation by Providence Seaside Hospital experts focused on helping you stay safe, strong, and on your feet.

You’ll learn how medications, footwear, and changes to your home environment can help reduce your risk of falling. You’ll also have the opportunity to try tai chi and learn how this gentle practice can improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall health.
