COLD CASE MYSTERY MONDAY
Justice for Frederick Pirtle:
Your Voice Can Bring Peace 🕊️
It has been nearly nine years since we lost Frederick Pirtle, but our hope for justice and closure remains as strong as ever.
Frederick was a beloved Seaside handyman, a cherished son, and a devoted brother. He was a man who lived without conflict, known for his helping hands and kind spirit.
Tragically, in the early morning hours of August 26, 2017, his life was cut short when he was shot and killed while walking in the 1300 block of Sonoma Avenue.
Investigators believe Frederick was a completely innocent person caught in the crossfire of a tense, violent gang feud that he had absolutely nothing to do with. He didn't deserve this, and his family deserves answers.
Our community is built on taking care of one another. It only takes one person stepping forward, one memory shared, or one small piece of information to help bring a family the peace they have been waiting for.
If you know anything—no matter how small or insignificant it might seem—please do the right thing and speak up.
📞 Contact the Seaside Police Department at 831–899–6748.
Let's stand together for Frederick. Please share this post to keep his memory alive and help us find the truth.
