Seat Pleasant Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. Providing fire and emergency medical services to the citizens and visitors of the City of Seat Pleasant and surrounding communities in Prince George's County.

The Seat Pleasant Volunteer Fire Company is made up of a small group of dedicated volunteers that staff one of the busiest stations in Prince George's County, Maryland, a bordering suburb of Washington DC. The SPVFC operates two Class A pumpers, a Heavy Rescue Squad and a Basic Life Support Ambulance that protect a first due area of about 5.5 Square Miles with a population of around 35,000 people.

Shortly after midnight on June 19, 2021, assistance was requested by neighboring DCFD to the scene of a motor vehicle collision with entrapment at the intersection of Eastern Ave & 57th St NE Washington, DC. This brought Ambulance 808 to the scene. Ambulance 808 provided BLS care to the patient and transported to the local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The crew operated for about 1hr 30minutes before returning to service.
