This past Thursday’s Civic Coffee, we learned that creativity isn’t just fun, it’s powerful for brain health. Our panel highlighted how art, play, and social connection help older adults reduce stress, spark joy, and stay engaged, especially for those living with memory loss. Join us next time as we explore more ways to support healthy aging and build meaningful connections! 🎨
