🧮 The calculators have calculated - our 2026 Annual Gala raised $178,000!

Your donations, auction items, and sponsorship will help Atlantic Street Center continue our legacy of supporting local communities. From providing mental health spaces for young people to helping survivors of violence find stability, and everything in between, our team now has more resources to wrap around our participants of today and tomorrow. If you have a passion for early childhood education, we are hiring for a part-time position.

📖Preparing a student for a lifetime of academic success begins before they even enter pre-school. That is why our Early Learning Program is so important.

At no cost to eligible families, those with toddlers can work with an Early Learning Specialist at home on their own schedules. These Specialists help families learn together, giving little ones the skills needed to enter school and tactics for adults to be their child's first teacher.

😴We are still rubbing the sleep out of our eyes and resting our feet from all the dancing. The Legacy Lives Everyday gala was a nice we'll never forget.

🧮The numbers are still coming in, but so far, you have helped us to raise over $200,000 in a single evening.

Did you know that Seattle is the only major city named for a Native American chief? Washington was founded on Indigenous Land, so it is our collective responsibility to keep Tribal culture and future alive. One way is to honor and make space for representation.

🎬 Mountlake Terrace High School graduate Lilly Gladstone was the first Indigenous woman to win the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for "Killers of the Flower Moon."

📖 "Tulalip, From My Heart" is an autobiography from Harriette Shelton Dover on her life growing up on the Tulalip Reservation and how the treatment of the Tribe motivated her to seek justice and equitable reforms.

🎬Reservation Dogs is a show that tells the stories Indigenous teenagers living in rural Oklahoma while trying to balance culture and adolescence. This was the first show to feature an all-Native American writer and director team.

🖼 You can also visit local museums including the Suquamish Museum and Duwamish Longhouse to learn how to further connect with local Tribes.
