We have a growing waitlist and need to expand our staff so we can continue providing individualized support to the people we serve. We’re looking for people who want to help create meaningful experiences, friendships, and opportunities for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.

Lead programs, support members, and help create inclusive community experiences.
🌱Part-Time Program Assistant — Entry Level
Support members and staff during programs, activities, and community outings. Great opportunity to get started in this field!
🪴Part-Time Community Engagement Specialist
Weekend hours focused on fun, community-based activities like swimming, hiking, baking, exploring, and more.
