Institute for a Democratic Future

Institute for a Democratic Future Developing and promoting the next generation of democratic and civic leaders in Washington State IDF is a six-month fellowship program for Democrats ages 21-39.

The program involves classroom instruction, field trips and tours all over Washington state and focuses on three core areas: the legislative process, campaigns & elections and public policy.

We're looking for a few good individuals to join our board of directors!

As a working board, board members work hand in hand year-round with staff to fulfill the organization's mission, including organizing and executing our signature six-month annual fellowship and alumni events.
