On Tuesdays Diane Skwiercz, owner of the food truck Street Treats (and maker of ice cream sandwiches pregnant women crave), loads a van with biscotti, Russian tea cakes, and perhaps some cookies. They’ll then get dropped off at coffee shops round town....
